A Monday pass on the roster

WhizSuite · 2026-07-20

Roster work fails in the gaps between clients, where nobody is looking.

The same questions each time

What publishes in the next three days, what is unlocked, what is waiting on the client, what failed last week. Same order every Monday so you can move fast.

Do it from the calendar, client by client. Do not do it from memory.

Fix or flag

If you can move a row in the moment, move it. If you need someone else, assign them before you go to the next brand. A list of worries is not a pass.

Flag only what changes this week. A backlog of philosophical improvements belongs in the quarterly reset.

Watch the repeat offenders

A brand that is blocked every Monday has a scope or approver problem. Note the repeat. After three weeks, it is a conversation, not a surprise.

A brand that is always fine may be neglected rather than healthy. Glance at quality, not only at status.

Keep it short

If the pass takes all morning, you have too many brands per person or too little trust in the calendar. Either way, the pass is telling you something. Believe it.

End by looking at today's scheduled posts across the roster. Monday publishes while you are still in the meeting.
