Social media management software for teams

A team tool has to survive handoff. If the work only lives in one person's tabs, you do not have management software. You have a hero account and a bus factor.

One client, many jobs

Strategy, design, community, and reporting are different jobs that touch the same week of content. Social media management for teams means those jobs share a client record: brand kit, calendar, files, approvals, and the conversation about that brand.

WhizSuite keeps that record in a workspace. Spaces is the infinite board for the messy middle, when you are still arranging a campaign. The calendar is where the decision lands. Chat is for the people. None of those replace the approval lock.

Permissions without a lecture

Give an account manager their clients. Give a designer the files. Give a freelancer one brand and an end date. Scopes are how you stop a helpful login from becoming a leak. The product stores roles in configuration, not as a hardcoded list you hope nobody changes.

Client users are a different kind of member. They belong to the portal, not to the internal board. That split is the difference between "we added the client to Slack" and "we gave the client a place to approve."

The rest of the retainer

Management is also time and money. Track time against the work, and invoice the retainer from the same agency instead of reconstructing the month from memory. Those modules are in the product. They are not a promise that your accountant will love the export until you try it on a real month.

Whiz, the in-product assistant, can help draft and plan on the board. It does not replace the person who is accountable to the client. Teams that want an unattended poster will be disappointed on purpose.

Questions

Can freelancers be limited to one client?

Yes. Access can be scoped so a person only sees the clients they are assigned.

Is there an inbox?

A social inbox is part of the workspace so comments and messages are not trapped in personal apps.

Does the AI post by itself?

No. Whiz drafts and helps plan. Publishing still follows human approval when that workflow is on.

Where do we brainstorm?

Spaces is an infinite whiteboard. The calendar is where approved posts are scheduled.

Is pricing public?

Not as final numbers. The homepage shows placeholder plans while the waitlist is open. TODO: replace placeholders with real prices.
