Batch a month without fake posts
WhizSuite · 2026-10-15
A batch day is a production method. It is not permission to fill thirty cells with titles.
Batch what you can finish
Pick a number you can design, review, and send in the same week. For a small team that might be eight placements, not thirty. Unfinished batches become shame inventories.
Work client by client or format by format. Mixing five brands in one afternoon feels flexible and produces five half files.
A batch needs inputs first
Offers, dates, and assets have to exist before the batch day. If you are still waiting on a price, that post is not in the batch. It is a question.
Write the inputs at the top of the day. If they are missing, cancel the post instead of designing around a guess.
Leave room for the week of publishing
A month designed on the first cannot know what the brand will need on the twentieth. Keep a slice of the calendar open for timely posts. Fill that slice with a rule, not with dummy copy.
Timely posts still need a lock. Speed is not an excuse to skip the named approver when the claim is new.
Stop the batch when quality drops
The ninth caption of the day is often a cousin of the third. Ship the strong ones and schedule another short session. Heroic batching is how brand voice turns into mush.
Review the batch as a set before it goes to the client. Repetition is obvious in a stack and invisible one post at a time.
