AI social media manager that still asks a human

An AI social media manager is useful when it works on the board, the calendar, and the brand voice you already have. It is a liability when it publishes past the person who signed the retainer.

Whiz lives in the workspace

Whiz is the assistant inside WhizSuite. On a Space it can help you lay out a campaign, draft a caption, and pull from the context of that client instead of a blank chat that forgets the brand kit. The point is fewer tabs, not a second employee with a login you cannot audit.

Drafts are drafts. They land where a person can edit them, run them through internal review, and send them to the client portal. If your workflow says the client must approve, the model does not get a quieter path to the network.

What it should not pretend

It will not know a legal claim you forgot to write down. It will not feel that a joke is wrong for this founder. Those checks are why agencies exist. Use the model to get to a first version faster, then use the approval pins when the first version is wrong.

There is no fake score and no invented customer quote on this page. The product is on a waitlist. If you need a case study with numbers, we do not have a verified one to publish yet.

A practical way to try the idea

Pick one client and one week. Ask Whiz for three caption options in the voice notes you stored. Put the one you would actually say onto the calendar. Run the normal approval. Compare the time you spent with last month's blank-page version of the same job. Keep it if the week was calmer. Drop it if the voice was off.

The free caption generator on this site is a small template tool, not Whiz. It is there so a writer can see a structure before they join the waitlist. The in-product assistant is the one that can see the workspace.

Questions

Will Whiz publish posts on its own?

No. Approval rules still apply. The assistant drafts and plans.

Does it use our brand kit?

It is meant to work from the client context in the workspace, including the notes you stored for that brand.

Is the free caption tool the same thing?

No. The public caption generator is a template. Whiz is inside the product.

Can clients talk to it?

The client portal is for review and approval. Whiz is an agency-side assistant.

Do you train on our clients' content?

TODO: publish the exact model and retention terms before you answer this in a security review. Do not guess.
