A kickoff that fits on two pages

WhizSuite · 2026-08-02

The kickoff artifact should be something you still open in week six.

Page one is operational

Approver, backup, zone, reply window, networks, post count, rounds, silence rule. If a fact changes the work, it is on page one.

Leave blank lines and fill them in the meeting. A pre-filled fantasy will be wrong.

Page two is voice and risk

Phrases they like, phrases they hate, claims that need extra permission, and where files live. Link the folders. Do not describe the folder structure in prose.

Add the portal link and who was invited. Access is part of kickoff, not a follow-up you might forget.

The meeting itself

Spend the time confirming page one and looking at real posts. Do not spend it presenting your agency history. They already hired you.

End with the date of the first batch and what you need from them before that date. Write those needs on the page.

Store it on the client

The two pages live in the client space, not in a slide graveyard. When a fact changes, edit the page. Version the file name with the month if you must, but keep one obvious current copy.

New teammates read it before they post. That is the test of whether it is short enough.
