White-label client portal for social media

Clients should see their brand, not your internal tools. A white-label portal is the front door: their posts, their comments, their approvals, and the invoice when you choose to show it.

A door, not a second product

Agencies already have a way of working. The portal is the slice of that work a client is allowed to see. It should carry your name and their brand kit, and it should hide team notes, other clients, and the messy draft history you do not want in a status meeting.

WhizSuite scopes the portal to one client. A magic link can be temporary or a standing login. Either way, the person on the other side is looking at their calendar, their shared files, and the posts waiting for a decision. They are not browsing your agency.

What belongs on the portal

Show the preview that matches the placement. A carousel should look like a carousel. A Reel note should point at the frame, not at a filename. If the Instagram grid matters to the client, they can see the nine-cell context before they approve a tile that would break the row.

Invoices can sit beside the work when the retainer is part of the relationship. Time entries stay internal unless you decide otherwise. The portal is not a dump of every module. It is the client-facing set: review, approval, files you shared, and billing you exposed.

Why white-label matters on a retainer

A generic login page tells the client they are a user of your vendor. A portal with their name on it tells them they hired you. That sounds like taste, and it is also operations. People answer faster when the link looks like the agency they already pay.

WhizSuite is still opening from a waitlist. The portal described here is part of the product: branded access, client scope, markup, and approval. Custom domains and the exact logo lockup you want on the login screen are details to confirm for your workspace. TODO: confirm custom domain support for the portal before promising it in a sales call.

Questions

Can each client have their own link?

Yes. Access is scoped to that client. They do not see other brands on the roster.

Do they see internal comments?

Internal review stays inside the agency. The client sees the version you send them and the notes on that pass.

Can they approve on a phone?

The portal is a web view. The action is a review and an approve, not a desktop-only install.

Does the portal include the grid?

When the post is planned against the Instagram grid, the preview is there so the sign-off includes the feed, not only the single file.

Is the portal a separate subscription?

It is part of the WhizSuite workspace. Public pricing is not final while the product is on the waitlist. TODO: publish real plan prices before this page quotes a number.
