Captions that sound like the brand

WhizSuite · 2026-08-20

If the caption could sit on a competitor without edits, it is not done.

Swap the telltale lines

Phrases like "elevate your," "dive into," and "whether you are" show up because they are common. Delete them on sight. Replace them with a concrete noun from the product.

Exclamation points multiply in drafts. Keep one if the brand actually talks that way. Otherwise use a period and let the fact do the work.

Rhythm

Brands have sentence length. Some are blunt. Some are long and dry. Match the note, not the model's default cheer. Read two old posts before you edit.

A sudden change in rhythm is fine for a campaign, and it should be a decision, not a side effect of the tool.

Local truth

Neighborhoods, materials, hours, and staff rituals are hard for a general model and easy for you. Add one. That one detail does more than a paragraph of mood.

If you do not know the detail, ask the client a single question. Do not guess a detail that sounds plausible.

Have a second pair of eyes

The person who prompted is bad at seeing the leftover voice. Someone else reads the final against the yes/no examples. This is a five-minute review, not a committee.

If they say "it sounds like a template," believe them and cut harder.
