Work you should keep human

Use the tool where a blank page slows you down. Do not use it where being wrong is expensive.
Apologies and incidents
A public apology written by a model sounds like a model, and people can tell when the stakes are high. Write it yourselves. A short true note beats a smooth one.
The same goes for recalls, outages, and pricing mistakes. Facts first, in your words, approved by the person who owns the mess.
Numbers you cannot source
Do not ask a model for a statistic and then publish it. If you need a number, get it from the client's data or drop the claim. Invented precision is a special kind of falsehood.
Reviews and quotes have the same rule. If you do not have permission and a real person, you do not have a quote.
Relationship replies
A furious customer, a journalist, or a partner should hear from a person who read the thread. Macros and models can draft a skeleton. The send button stays with someone who understands the history.
If you are unsure, do not send. Escalate.
The work that is still a good fit
Variations on a known offer, first passes at alt text you will edit, outlines for a carousel you will fact-check. Those are fair. The human still signs the final.
Write this split on the voice note so new staff do not have to guess your ethics from a vibe.
