Check every claim in a draft

Models fill gaps with plausible sentences. Plausible is not true.
Underline the promises
Prices, times, superlatives, results, ingredients, availability. Each one needs a source you can open. "Sounds right" is not a source.
Do this on the final, not on the raw draft only. Edits introduce new claims too.
Superlatives are optional
"Best," "only," and "guaranteed" arrive free in drafts and cost money if they are false. Delete them unless the client has a reason they will defend.
Comparative claims about competitors need extra care. When in doubt, talk about your own product.
Dates and geography
A draft will happily announce an event on the wrong day. Compare to the calendar row, not to your memory of the brief. The row is newer.
Store hours and city names deserve the same check. They are easy to invent and easy for locals to mock.
Leave a tick
A simple checked box on the post, "claims matched to source," is enough. The point is that a person did it. The point is not a long form.
If the box is always ticked in one second, it is fake. Spot-check a few captions each week against the live offer page. The page is newer than the brief, and the brief is newer than the model's habit of filling gaps.
