The first month with a new brand

WhizSuite · 2026-08-03

A calm first month beats a spectacular one you cannot repeat.

Access before aesthetics

Get the approver, the logins you are allowed to have, the asset folder, and the offer that is actually on sale. Pretty posts without those are a pitch, not a retainer.

If access slips, say so early. Do not fill the feed with guesses while you wait for the password.

Learn the taboos

Ask what they will not say, who they will not tag, and which past post annoyed a stakeholder. Write the answers on one page. You will not remember them from the kickoff call.

Ask for three posts they liked, even from competitors. Examples beat a moodboard conversation.

Ship a small reliable set

Fewer posts, all locked, all on time. You are teaching them what working with you feels like. A chaotic burst teaches them to hover.

Use the portal for the real yes, even if it is slower the first week. The habit is the deliverable.

End the month with a look back

What shipped, what waited, what you need from them in month two. One page. No theater. Adjust the calendar to match reality, not the sales deck.

If the fit is wrong, say that too. A bad-fit retainer does not improve by month six out of politeness.
