The first three tiles

You do not control their mood. You do control what the latest row is saying this week.
A row is a sentence
Three tiles in a row can say what you sell, who it is for, and why it is credible. Or they can say three unrelated promotions. Look at the row as a line of copy.
If this week is all recruitment, or all discount, accept that the window says that. Do not also expect it to explain the brand story.
Pin nothing you have not earned
Pinned posts change the window again. A pinned post with stale prices is worse than no pin. Review pins when offers change. Put a reminder on the calendar to do it.
Three pins plus three new tiles is a lot of front window. Make sure they do not contradict each other.
Highlights are the other window
Highlights sit above the grid and go stale quietly. A highlight called "Menu" with last season's prices is a trust problem. Give highlights an owner and a review date.
They are not a substitute for a clear latest row. People who already follow you may ignore them. New people might use them. Neither group deserves old offers.
Plan the row on purpose once a week
Before you add a post, look at the two tiles it will join. If the row becomes nonsense, swap the order of upcoming locked posts only if the lock did not depend on the date. Otherwise change next week's plan.
This is a five-minute job for the account owner. It does not need a workshop.
