Instagram grid planner
Plan the nine or twelve tiles before you post them. This free grid planner runs in the browser: upload, reorder, look at a 3-column phone preview, export a PNG.

Why the grid still matters
A single post can be right and still ruin the row. Agencies check the grid because the profile is a layout, not a pile. The planner lets you see that layout without logging into a client account or waiting for the native app to refresh.
Twelve images is the working set here: four rows of three. Use nine if you only care about the first screen. Drag a tile when the sequence is wrong. The preview is the check. The PNG is what you paste into a deck or a portal comment.
What this tool is not
It does not post to Instagram. It does not read a client's live feed. Files stay in your browser for the session. When you want the grid tied to real scheduled posts and an approval, that is the WhizSuite calendar, which is on the waitlist.
Crop with intent. The planner fits images into squares for the preview. It is a planning view, not a full photo editor. Fix type and faces in your design tool, then bring the exports here to test the sequence.
Questions
Does this upload my images to a server?
No. The planner uses local files in your browser to build the preview and the PNG.
How many images?
Up to 12, shown in a 3-column grid.
Can I post from here?
No. Export a PNG for the conversation. Publishing lives in the product.
Is it free?
Yes. Joining the waitlist is separate and optional.
Does it match the live profile?
Only the images you upload. It does not fetch an existing Instagram account.
