Turn a comment into a post
WhizSuite · 2026-08-11
The inbox is a brief, if you write the pattern down and respect the people who created it.
Collect the repeat
Once a week, note questions that showed up more than twice. Those are candidates for a post, a highlight, or a change to the website. One witty comment is not a strategy.
Keep the note short: the question, not a transcript of the fight.
Permission for names and faces
Do not screenshot a customer into an ad because their comment was useful. Ask. If they do not answer, paraphrase the question without identifying them.
Staff comments are not a workaround. Do not fake a question from a cousin.
Answer in the post
A post that restates the question and actually answers it will do more than a post that jokes about "you all keep asking." Utility is allowed to be plain.
Update the reply macro to point at the post once it is live, so the inbox gets shorter.
Feed this to the calendar
Put one utility post on the calendar when the list justifies it. Do not derail a launch week for a single comment. The list can wait a few days.
Tell the client the idea came from their audience. It is a good renewal story because it is true.
