Where a draft belongs

WhizSuite · 2026-08-23

Use a model to get past the blank page. Keep a person between that page and the audience.

Drafts live with the work

Put the draft on the client's board or in the post record, next to the brief. A draft that lives in a private chat with a tool will be copied badly into the real file later, or lost.

Whiz, inside a workspace, is meant for that: a draft beside the brand you are already working on. It is not a separate publishing brain.

Label it as a draft

The status stays draft until a person edits and another person reviews. Do not let "generated" become a sneaky synonym for "approved." Those words do different jobs.

If your team is small, the same person can edit and still must not skip the client when the claim is new.

Show your edits

Keep the final caption next to what the model offered, at least until review. The difference is where you see hallucinations and brand drift. After lock, the final is what matters.

Editors who change nothing are not editing. If the draft is perfect, say you checked the facts anyway.

Publishing stays gated

The path to the calendar still runs through internal review and the client yes you sold. A faster draft does not justify a faster skip.

Speed you gain on the blank page can be spent on the check. That is the sane trade.
