Drafting on the whiteboard

Context is the difference between a caption and a caption for this client.
Put the scraps on the board
The offer page, last month's winning post, the photo, the taboo list. A whiteboard or a client space that holds those lets the draft sit beside its ingredients. You will notice mismatches faster.
Whiz is aimed at that kind of board: infinite space for the scraps, then a draft that stays in the same room as the work.
Do not draft from memory
Memory mixes clients. The board does not, if you are actually in the right client space. Open the space first, then ask. A prompt typed in the wrong room is how brand A speaks in brand B's voice.
If your tool does not separate clients, do not use it for more than one brand without a hard ritual of clearing the page.
Mark what is reference and what is output
References are not approved copy. Label them. A later editor should not lock a screenshot of a competitor by mistake.
Outputs get a version. References do not need one unless you are tracking the brief.
Clean the board
After lock, archive the scraps that were only for this post. A board that grows forever becomes a junk drawer and the next draft will lean on stale notes.
Keep the voice examples. Toss the expired price.
