Best time to post, as a planning range
There is no universal best minute. There is a range you can start from, then correct with the client's own audience. This cheat sheet is that starting range.

How to read the table
The hours below are planning defaults for a general consumer audience in a local weekday. They are not a study we ran, and they are not a promise of reach. TODO: replace each row with a cited source and the date you checked it. Until then, treat the table as a workshop aid.
Move the slot when you know the client. A restaurant in one city and a B2B founder in another should not share a clock. The scheduler is where you store the corrected time. This page only helps the first conversation.
Questions
Are these times proven for my client?
No. They are starting ranges. Check the account's own audience before you freeze a calendar.
What timezone?
Read them as the audience's local time, not the agency's office clock.
Why is the source marked TODO?
Because an unsourced "best time" is how bad advice spreads. The table stays labeled until each cell has a citation.
Does WhizSuite pick the time for me?
You choose the slot on the calendar. The product does not silently override an approved time.
Can I share this with a client?
Yes, if you also say it is a starting range and not a guarantee.
