Best time to post is a guess

WhizSuite · 2026-08-26

There is no universal Tuesday. There is a time you can test without pretending it is science.

Start from the audience day

A lunch spot and a nightclub do not share a magic hour. Ask when their customer is actually free to look. Use that as the first guess. Industry charts can break a tie. They should not overrule a known habit.

The cheat sheet on this site is a workshop aid, not a study of your account. Treat it that way.

Hold the rest steady

If you change the time, the creative, and the offer in the same week, you learned nothing. Change one thing. Look at a handful of posts, not one lucky hit.

Write down what you tried. Memory will crown the post you liked.

Approval still beats the perfect hour

A locked post at a decent time beats an unlocked post aimed at a mythical peak. Do not delay a ready, timely offer for a chart. Timeliness is its own performance.

Do delay a generic post if the only available slot is the middle of the client's night and nobody will be there to watch comments.

Revisit quarterly

Audiences drift. A time that worked in January may be wrong after a change in shifts, seasons, or format. Look again each quarter. Then leave it alone long enough to learn.

Do not rebuild the whole calendar around a single viral hour. Outliers are loud.
