Design order is not posting order

Designers number the story they drew. The profile numbers the story you publish. Those sequences diverge.
Write the publish list
Next to the set, list the order they should go live, top of profile first or last, and say which. Do not assume the team shares your mental model of "first."
Dates on the calendar should follow that list. If a date changes, the list changes. A list in a slide from the concept meeting will be wrong by publish week.
Partial sets
Sometimes only four of nine are ready. Publish the four only if they still make sense as a row without the others. Otherwise wait. A fragment of a puzzle looks like a mistake.
Mark the unready tiles as blocked so nobody uploads them to "keep the rhythm."
Inserts from other work
A founder selfie in the middle of a designed set will split the set. If that selfie matters more, pause the set. Pretending both can happen without a visual cost is how the set fails.
Decide which work owns the week. Say it on the calendar in a single line.
Hand the list to whoever uploads
The person who schedules might not be the person who designed. They need the order in the scheduling tool, not in a chat thread called "final final."
After upload, glance at the live profile. The three-minute check catches reversed tiles more reliably than another internal meeting.
