Approve a carousel slide by slide

WhizSuite · 2026-10-25

Covers get the attention. The slide with the offer is the one that can get you in trouble.

Review the sequence, not the hero

Clients approve what they notice. They notice slide one. Ask them to open each slide, especially the one with a price, a date, or a promise. Name those slides in the request so they cannot miss them by accident.

A carousel that tells a story can still be rejected on one panel. You should not have to rebuild the whole set because panel three has a stale statistic.

Order is part of the creative

Swapping two slides changes the argument. If you reorder after approval, show the new order. "Same slides" is not the same post.

Write the intended order next to the files. Designers name exports in the order they designed them, which is not always the order they should publish. The approval should mention the publish order.

Captions are not a footnote

The caption can contradict slide two. Read them together. A common miss is a caption that repeats an old offer while the slides were updated for the new one.

Hashtags and a tagged partner belong in that same read. A tag is a claim that the partner agreed to appear.

Lock the set

Lock every slide that will upload, not a contact sheet. If one slide is replaced, that slide needs a fresh look. The others can stay locked if they did not change.

Keep a cover frame that matches slide one. A mismatched cover in the grid is how a careful carousel still looks sloppy on the profile.
